The Food Basket and Community Development Initiative (FBCDI) is a non-profit organization focused on promoting agricultural innovation, economic empowerment, and sustainable community development. Our work is driven by the understanding that women and youth are central to solving food insecurity and rural poverty.

Women and young people form the backbone of rural economies, yet they often face the greatest barriers to resources, training, and market access. FBCDI exists to bridge this gap by providing inclusive programs that place women and youth at the center of agricultural transformation.
